Engage Brands provides the infrastructure and know-how needed to connect with your customers where they are, giving them tools to communicate with you and others, to work in partnership with you to create new content, and to invite their friends to join the conversation.

The Community Management Team Will:

  • Help select and set up the right tools for your site, laying out the technical infrastructure needed to build new online communities.
  • Configure the functionality of your new communities based on your requirements and expectations. This includes :
    • Setting up systems for loading conversation subjects/topics/threads.
    • Establishing features a user will need/expect when logging on to the community.
    • Launch digital campaigns to recruit and enroll new users.
  • Operate and maintain online communities once they have launched, establishing necessary guidelines for each, performing moderation, and managing all day-to-day community tasks.
  • Grow Communities - Actively seek out and engage like-minded users in an effort to build up user-centered, brand-focused, vibrant online communities.
